How to reach us
This site is run independently rather than by a registered company, and no postal address is published. Email is the only contact route, and it is read.
Write to contact@pdf-make.com. Please describe what you were doing and what happened, and include the browser you were using if you are reporting a fault — it saves a round of questions.
Where to send what
General questions, faults and feedback about the tools go to the address shown below.
Accessibility problems should say what you were trying to do, what happened, and which browser and assistive technology you were using. These are handled as faults, not feature requests.
Privacy requests, including any request to access or erase personal data, should be marked as such in the subject line so they are not missed. What data exists is set out on the privacy page, and for browser-side tools the answer is that your documents were never received in the first place.
Copyright complaints should identify the specific material, the right you hold, and your contact details. Note that this site hosts no user documents: files processed by browser-side tools are never received or stored by us, so there is nothing here to take down.
Response times
We aim to respond to accessibility and privacy matters within ten working days, and to everything else as soon as we reasonably can.
